Hands-on experience in supporting Cisco AV systems. Experience with various other AV solutions in the market.
Experience with Crestron devices and support, Crestron Fusion, Teams etc.
Hardware and device support experiences with AV products.
Experience in conference room support. Experience in executive-facing support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidate needs to be more than a good engineer.
leadership capabilities and the ability to own this discipline for the Americas. Ability to juggle multiple projects in different countries. Ability to put together proposals/presentations on solutions.
