Co-founded by a globally recognized fitness entrepreneur, the company is rapidly scaling its creator program to drive measurable revenue and brand growth. The role operates in a dynamic, high-growth marketing environment, combining influencer, affiliate, and performance marketing.
As the Affiliate Marketing Manager (TikTok Shop), you will own and scale the end-to-end affiliate and creator program with a strong focus on TikTok Shop and performance-driven growth. This role goes beyond traditional influencer marketing—you'll drive measurable revenue through affiliate partnerships, optimize creator performance, and leverage both organic and paid strategies to scale results.
You will combine high-volume, AI-powered outreach with hands-on relationship management, while working closely with performance marketing to amplify top-performing content. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role with direct visibility to leadership.
You will build and scale a high-performing affiliate engine focused on TikTok Shop, driving revenue through creator partnerships. You'll expand outreach from dozens to hundreds (or thousands) of creators, optimize conversion and ROI, and bridge organic creator content with paid amplification strategies such as Spark Ads and whitelisting.
You will also act as the main point of contact for creators, building strong, long-term relationships while continuously improving program performance through data and experimentation.
Core Responsibilities
Own and scale the TikTok Shop affiliate program end-to-end
Recruit, onboard, and activate creators across nano to macro tiers
Design commission structures, incentives, and seeding strategies
Manage tracking, attribution, and payouts
Continuously optimize program performance and revenue generation
Build and manage scalable, AI-powered outreach systems
Source and engage high-potential TikTok creators for affiliate partnerships
Manage end-to-end creator communication (outreach, negotiation, onboarding)
Develop outreach messaging that balances personalization and efficiency
Partner with performance marketing to scale winning content via Spark Ads and whitelisting
Identify high-converting creators and content for paid amplification
Ensure proper usage rights and platform compliance
Contribute to performance-driven creative strategy
Manage third-party platforms (e.g., JoinBrands, Insense) as needed
Launch and oversee campaigns with external partners
Evaluate new platforms and tools to improve scalability
Own key KPIs: affiliate revenue, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and activations
Analyze performance data to optimize creator selection, content, and incentives
Build reporting and share insights with leadership
