About the Role
A nonprofit organization is looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to support and strengthen their sales team from the inside out. This role sits at the intersection of people and performance - you'll be onboarding and training new team members while keeping a close eye on metrics, reporting, and process efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Team Development
Onboard and train new sales team members
Work closely with team members to improve individual and overall performance
Data & Reporting
Review and analyze performance metrics
Ensure accurate data entry and reporting to drive results
Operations & Process
Coordinate sales content and resources
Optimize workflows and processes for greater team efficiency
Qualifications
Strong analytical and data management skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Natural collaborator and people person
Technically savvy with hands-on CRM experience
Salesforce experience strongly preferred
