287 Fire, a division of Super Vacuum Manufacturing, is searching for a Marketing Coordinator. In this position, the Marketing Coordinator will help promote the 287 Fire brand, a Rosenbauer fire truck dealer and service center, by creating photo, video, print and digital assets and posting them to the brand’s website and social media channels.

Job Description
In this full‑time position, the Marketing Coordinator will capture, create and post content for the 287 Fire brand on the company’s website and social media channels, while aiding in other administrative duties at the Haltom City, Texas location. Due to the nature of these duties, this is not a hybrid or remote position.

Key Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities

Capture photos and videos of fire trucks upon delivery, using a DSLR camera

Use Adobe Creative Suite software to edit photos and videos for publication

Create and maintain new delivery, stock truck and demo truck content on 287fire.com

Post social media content on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

Attend virtual weekly Monday marketing meeting for task delegation

Welcome and manage check‑in of visitors

Answer, respond to and transfer main line calls

Handle sensitive, confidential and timely information

Receive, open and distribute mail to appropriate employees

Send out mail and ship packages as needed

Assist in administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere)

Proficient photo and video production skills (shooting and editing)

Familiar with a DSLR camera. Drone videography is a plus

Experience in WordPress website and social media platforms is also a plus

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook and Excel)

Willingness to learn other ERP/CRM softwares, like Acumatica or HubSpot

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Outstanding communication and organizational skills

Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen, physical agility test and a criminal background check
