CRM Marketing Manager

Job Description
On a day-to-day basis, this role will support the planning and execution of CRM marketing initiatives focused on upgrade and upsell campaigns. Helping translate strategy into customer-facing communications across channels such as email, direct mail, billing statements, and digital touchpoints. The Marketing Manager will write and manage creative briefs, partner closely with internal PMs, creative, digital, analytics, and operations teams, and coordinate with external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on brief. They will maintain integrated campaign calendars, manage timelines and dependencies, support QA and message consistency, and act as a key marketing partner to help fill the gap between product and marketing with a strong CRM and lifecycle lens. This role is a 6-month ongoing contract and pays $52-$56hr.

Skills and Requirements

5–8+ years of hands‑on experience in CRM Marketing

Proven experience executing multi‑channel CRM campaigns, including email, direct mail, digital, and triggered communications

Strong background translating marketing strategy into clear execution plans and deliverables

Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and follow‑through

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align and influence stakeholders

Comfortable working in fast‑paced, matrixed, enterprise environments

Experience writing clear creative briefs and partnering with external agencies and vendors to bring campaigns to life.
