Overview
We're hiring a Senior Creative Operations Producer to streamline and scale creative production for a leading games publishing team. This role focuses on building efficient workflows, improving asset management, and driving consistency across internal teams and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities
Manage creative tools, automation, and production templates
Build and optimize workflows (intake, routing, SLAs, handoffs)
Oversee Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and governance
Partner with agencies on delivery standards, timelines, and performance
Support development of in-house production capabilities

Qualifications

8+ years in creative, production, or marketing operations
Gaming industry experience required
Strong knowledge of video, static, and editorial workflows
Expert in

Asana ; advanced

Excel

skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Miro, or SharePoint
