Milestone Scientific's flagship dental product line, the Wand STA system, utilizes dynamic pressure sensing technology to monitor tissue resistance in real time and adjusts delivery accordingly.
Role Description
Manage lead generation and organization across multiple channels including social media, brand website, digital marketing, and trade shows. Ensure lead databases are gathered and uploaded accurately into CRM (Salesforce). Conduct and coordinate discovery calls and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaign alignment. Collaborate with shipping and operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Attend trade shows across country when applicable.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in sales in the Dental Market
- Proven skills in Sales and expertise in Sales Operations
- Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in Team Management to effectively oversee and motivate sales teams
Compensation
Base salary with commissions, (first year $90,000-$100,0000). Medical and Health benefits.
