Strategic Marketing Leader

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader to own and elevate our marketing function. This role is ideal for someone who can operate as both a thinker and a builder: someone who can analyze and define our marketing positioning, craft a compelling narrative for our products and services, and then roll up their sleeves to bring that story to life across channels. If you love the idea of owning the full marketing mix, from content and campaigns to SEO and events, and you're energized by tools, data, and storytelling, this role is built for you. You'll report directly to the General Manager and work closely with leadership, Sales, Product, and Customer Care to shape and execute our go-to-market strategies tailored to Andar/360 customers, align messaging across the organization, and drive measurable growth. This is a role for someone who's as comfortable writing a compelling case study as they are launching a HubSpot campaign or fine-tuning a landing page for SEO.
What You'll Do

Comfortable operating as a player-coach: setting direction while also executing key initiatives
Define and own our product positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across marketing, sales, and customer communications
Craft a compelling, differentiated narrative that resonates with nonprofit leaders and drives demand
Translate product capabilities into clear customer value and business outcomes
Own and execute a content strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth
Develop compelling visual and multimedia content
Research and write on key industry topics that matter to nonprofit leaders and Andar/360 customers
Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and support revenue goals
Bring market insights into strategic decisions around positioning, messaging, and GTM priorities
Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging, refine ICP, and improve conversion across the funnel
Enable Sales with clear, compelling messaging, content, and tools
Act as the voice of the customer across the organization
Lead and scale marketing initiatives, with the potential to build and manage a team over time
Drive alignment and accountability across stakeholders without formal authority
Own marketing performance and report on results to leadership
Manage and optimize our WordPress website with a strong focus on SEO performance
Design and execute strategies to attract new customers and grow brand awareness
Maintain data quality within our marketing database to ensure campaigns hit the right audiences
Help plan and execute customer events including our annual user group conference and industry tradeshows
What You Bring

5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role with a strategic mindset, ideally in SaaS or technology
Experience owning GTM strategy, positioning, or messaging
Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
Experience translating customer insights into messaging and campaigns
Strong understanding of pipeline generation and revenue impact
Ability to balance long-term strategy with near-term execution
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, HubSpot experience is a strong plus
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
A positive, curious mindset: you ask great questions and thrive on learning something new
Proficiency with digital tools and a genuine enthusiasm for discovering new software for marketing and content creation
A self-starter mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Comfort working remotely with the discipline and drive to thrive in a virtual environment
