About the Role

You are the Navigator of the App Matrix strategy. Leveraging NewsBreak’s mature traffic pool, you will identify market opportunities and define brand-new products. This role requires exceptional business acumen, data-driven insights, and decisiveness to validate ideas through MVPs in an ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

  • 0‑to‑1 Strategy: Lead the full product lifecycle from opportunity discovery and MVP definition to global scaling.
  • Data‑Driven Growth: Design scientific A/B tests and analyze user‑behavior data to iterate products and optimize acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Product Vision: Define long‑term roadmaps, ensuring synergy between matrix products and the core NewsBreak ecosystem.
  • Cross‑functional Leadership: Act as the product owner to drive Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams, removing blockers to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C mobile internet products (Content, Social, or Utility apps).
  • Proven track record of successfully launching a product from 0 to 1 and achieving Product‑Market Fit (PMF).
  • Exceptional analytical skills; expert in SQL and user‑behavior analysis tools.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Global product vision and understanding of the US mobile internet market trends.
  • High aesthetic standards for UI/UX and strong user empathy.

In addition, the US base salary range for this full‑time position is listed below. Pay may vary based on a number of factors including job‑related skills, level, experience, geographic location and relevant education or training. The role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and options.
