About the Role
Channel partnerships are a high‑impact growth lever for us. As the Channel Partnerships Lead, you will create and own a portfolio of partner relationships, sourcing new ones, building further relationships, and generating consistent, high‑quality pipeline. You’ll shape partner engagement strategy and decide where we invest now and in the future. This role works closely with Sales, Revenue, Marketing, and Product teams.

What You’ll Own

Own quarterly revenue targets for the channel. Scope, build, and manage a partner portfolio, engaging new partners each quarter and increasing deal flow consistency from existing ones.

Drive step‑change growth in the partner channel by identifying opportunities to scale efficiently, leveraging AI and automation.

Lead partner engagement through product education, market context, and co‑development of how partners identify and position high‑quality opportunities.

Maintain end‑to‑end visibility on partner‑sourced deals, proactively identifying risks and stepping in at key moments to improve conversion outcomes.

Use data to guide investment decisions, spotting what's working, what’s not, and adjusting accordingly.

Translate partner and market feedback into actionable product direction, shaping roadmap priorities and improving product‑market fit.

Represent Hadrius within the partner ecosystem, building credibility through industry events, forums, and partner‑led environments.

Who You Are

3–6 years in partnerships, business development, sales, consulting, fintech, B2B SaaS, or related operator roles.

Commercially driven and comfortable owning hard numbers. You treat pipeline and revenue targets as personal commitments.

A high‑touch relationship builder who understands the patience and discipline required to stay top of mind across a broad portfolio.

Tech‑savvy and product‑curious. You can quickly translate complex product capabilities into clear, audience‑specific value propositions.

AI‑forward and always looking for ways to use new tools to work smarter, move faster, and increase impact.

A strategic thinker who can map complex partner ecosystems to clear, executable plans.

Highly collaborative, low ego, and coachable. You thrive in cross‑functional environments and have strong stakeholder management instincts.

A builder at heart who is excited to help shape and grow a function at a fast‑moving company.
