Overview
We’re looking for a New Business & Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of jump!’s growth. This key growth role will help the agency through proactive new business activity, marketing initiatives, brand building, strengthening existing client relationships, supporting on proposals and new business pitches, and driving marketing initiatives that raise the agency’s profile.

You’ll sit at the heart of the business, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), working closely with the senior agency team to open doors, build momentum, turn interest into opportunities and ultimately revenue.

Responsibilities
New Business & Growth

Lead day‑to‑day prospecting and outreach across priority sectors

Identify and qualify high‑potential opportunities

Manage the end‑to‑end pitch process, from brief to submission

Shape and evolve our credentials and sales narrative

Define target sectors and strategies to open doors with new clients

Produce monthly client sector deep dives and growth plans

Build relationships with senior clients and prospects

Track pipeline performance, conversion rates and drive commercial discipline

Help teams deliver sales targets and annual revenue goals

Marketing and Agency Profile

Plan and execute marketing initiatives that build jump! fame and demand

Own case studies, awards, and thought leadership output

Run client events that wow people and build brand distinctiveness

Manage our external presence (website, social, comms)

Support PR activity and partnerships

Help position jump! as a global leader in brand innovation

Content & Brand Storytelling

Turn our work into sharp, compelling commercial stories

Create decks, narratives, and materials that win attention and business

Ensure brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints

Help implement jump! brand positioning and guardrails

Collaborate across our three worlds: Mission, Dynamics, and Invention

Required Skills

6+ years’ experience in agency new business, marketing, or business development

Experience working within innovation, creative or strategy agencies

Strong pitch management and project coordination skills

Excellent storytelling, presentation, and writing abilities

Confident working with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Passion for creativity, marketing, and agency culture

A strong communicator who can translate creative work into clear commercial stories

A collaborator who can bring teams together to win new business

Success in this role will be defined by building a high‑quality pipeline of opportunities, contributing directly to new revenue, and improving conversion rates across the new business funnel.

Growth System
You will own the day‑to‑day growth engine of the agency, driving proactive outreach, managing our CRM and pipeline, and turning marketing activity into measurable demand and commercial opportunity.

Brand Presence
You will play an active role in representing jump! in the market, building relationships, creating visibility through events and content, and helping position the agency as a go‑to partner for ambitious, culture‑leading brands.
