About the job eCommerce Account ExecutiveYou Will:Identify and target potential clients in the eCommerce industry, focusing on new business development while nurturing existing client relationshipsActively prospect and qualify leads, utilizing a challenger sales approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using eCommerce platformConduct thorough research and analysis of client industries, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategiesPresent products and services to key stakeholders, demonstrating a deep understanding of the client's business objectives and aligning them with value propositionUtilize the MEDDIC and Challenger Selling frameworks to navigate complex sales cycles effectively and influence decision-making processesCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing customer satisfactionMaintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM softwareStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your knowledge and sales approachMeet or exceed assigned sales quotas, consistently achieving sales targets and contributing to overall team successYou Have:Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, in the eCommerce industry or related technology sectorsProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growthStrong familiarity with MEDDIC and Challenger Selling frameworks and the ability to apply them effectively in the sales processExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makersDeep understanding of eCommerce platforms, trends, and industry dynamicsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and provide effective solutionsSelf-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently and in a collaborative team environmentExceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple opportunities simultaneouslyProficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reportsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferredOur awesome perks!Remote company - work from anywhereUnlimited PTOMaternity/Paternity leave401k with company match; vested immediatelyJ-18808-Ljbffr
