About the job eCommerce Account Executive
You Will:

Identify and target potential clients in the eCommerce industry, focusing on new business development while nurturing existing client relationships

Actively prospect and qualify leads, utilizing a challenger sales approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using eCommerce platform

Conduct thorough research and analysis of client industries, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies

Present products and services to key stakeholders, demonstrating a deep understanding of the client's business objectives and aligning them with value proposition

Utilize the MEDDIC and Challenger Selling frameworks to navigate complex sales cycles effectively and influence decision-making processes

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM software

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your knowledge and sales approach

Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, consistently achieving sales targets and contributing to overall team success

You Have:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, in the eCommerce industry or related technology sectors

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth

Strong familiarity with MEDDIC and Challenger Selling frameworks and the ability to apply them effectively in the sales process

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers

Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, trends, and industry dynamics

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and provide effective solutions

Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
