This role blends creative content creation with data-driven marketing execution, requiring someone who can build brand presence while delivering measurable business results.The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the full marketing stack—from being on camera and creating content to managing paid media campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Brand DevelopmentPlan, create, and publish short-form video content (e.g., social media, YouTube Shorts, Reels)Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with brand messagingDesign social media content and visual assets using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or AdobeMaintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all digital channelsPaid Media & Performance MarketingPlan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google AdsManage audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategiesMonitor key performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA) and continuously optimize campaignsOversee tracking setup, including pixels, events, and conversion attributionCollaborate with external vendors or agencies as neededAnalytics, Reporting & Budget ManagementTrack marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Google AdsPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholdersMonitor and manage marketing budgets across channelsTranslate performance data into insights and actionable recommendationsMarketing Operations & CollaborationPartner with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, operations, merchandising) to ensure campaign alignmentSupport implementation and maintenance of tracking infrastructure and analytics toolsMaintain and optimize key digital properties (e.g., business listings, social channels)Automation & AI EnablementLeverage AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign execution, and workflow efficiencyEnsure all marketing content maintains accuracy, brand integrity, and quality standardsRequired QualificationsProven experience in digital marketing with both content and paid media ownershipHands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads)Strong understanding of analytics tools and conversion tracking (e.g., GA4)Experience executing email marketing campaignsStrong content creation skills, including video and designComfortable appearing on camera and representing a brandAbility to manage budgets and communicate marketing performance clearlyStrong analytical, creative, and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in retail, eCommerce, or consumer-focused brandsFamiliarity with TikTok Ads or emerging social platformsExperience with Adobe Creative SuiteExposure to AI tools for marketing workflows
