Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Brand Manager to lead both brand development and performance marketing efforts across multiple digital channels. This role blends creative content creation with data-driven marketing execution, requiring someone who can build brand presence while delivering measurable business results.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the full marketing stack—from being on camera and creating content to managing paid media campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.


Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Brand Development

  • Plan, create, and publish short-form video content (e.g., social media, YouTube Shorts, Reels)
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with brand messaging
  • Design social media content and visual assets using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe
  • Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all digital channels

Paid Media & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads
  • Manage audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies
  • Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA) and continuously optimize campaigns
  • Oversee tracking setup, including pixels, events, and conversion attribution
  • Collaborate with external vendors or agencies as needed

Analytics, Reporting & Budget Management

  • Track marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets across channels
  • Translate performance data into insights and actionable recommendations

Marketing Operations & Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, operations, merchandising) to ensure campaign alignment
  • Support implementation and maintenance of tracking infrastructure and analytics tools
  • Maintain and optimize key digital properties (e.g., business listings, social channels)

Automation & AI Enablement

  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign execution, and workflow efficiency
  • Ensure all marketing content maintains accuracy, brand integrity, and quality standards

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with both content and paid media ownership
  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools and conversion tracking (e.g., GA4)
  • Experience executing email marketing campaigns
  • Strong content creation skills, including video and design
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and representing a brand
  • Ability to manage budgets and communicate marketing performance clearly
  • Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, eCommerce, or consumer-focused brands
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads or emerging social platforms
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Exposure to AI tools for marketing workflows
