Job Summary
The Social Media Producer serves as a member of the Digital Content team and is an online storyteller with a passion for connecting with people in a digital community. This position is responsible for building new and cultivating existing relationships with the audience through daily management of digital media channels and engaging the listener in discussions that connect them with God, the brand, artists, the community, and each other.

Essential Functions

Social Media Management/Strategy: Implement the social media strategy while working across departments on how best to support them including donor, programming, special events, prayer, and promotions. Maintain and update social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube). Manage content using the brand voice and standards. Monitor and manage daily listener interaction, build a sense of community, maintain balance in content types, maintain publishing calendar, recommend and apply relevant techniques and tools.

Social Media Content Creation: Create high‑quality graphics and images for social media, YouTube, web and app. Create high‑quality videos and GIFs. Attend video shoots for artists, influencers, DJs; help with setting up and filming. Use authentic creativity to drive engagement and organic growth. Maintain visual brand standards and ensure standards with Instagram Live and Stories.

Social Media Collaboration: Monitor and manage Jock involvement, assist with Facebook Live capture during artist and influencer appearances.

Administration/Reporting: Compile social media and digital analytics for marketing analysis and ministry reports.

Demonstrated Faith: Committed to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, grounded spiritually, comfortable praying in meetings, live Christian principles under Statement of Faith, participate in on‑air fundraisers, passion for evangelism, exhibit strong moral character, active member of a Bible‑believing local church.

Non‑Essential Functions: Any other duties assigned.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or similar field, preferred.

Experience: 1‑3 years of digital media experience with proven results on Facebook, Twitter and other platforms.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Extensive experience with major platforms; familiarity with HTML, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics; knowledge of Adobe Audition; basic graphic and video understanding; basic PR/marketing; biblical understanding; strong creative writing, verbal communication, attention to detail; innovative, proactive, detail‑oriented; good judgment; collaborative; multitasking; heart for ministry; strong moral character; personal relationship with Jesus Christ; active member of a Bible‑believing local church.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Travel: Occasionally, as needed to support on‑air and promotions.

Nights/Weekends/Holidays: Occasionally, as needed for on‑air and promotions.

Physical Requirements: Regularly required to talk and hear; active duties including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, climbing; vision needs; repetitive motions; substantial wrist/finger movements.
