Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual who can help drive growth by generating new business, building brand awareness, and developing strong customer relationships. This role plays a key part in increasing revenue while allowing leadership to focus on scaling and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales and Marketing Coordinator:
Sales

Prospect and engage local businesses

Build strategic partnerships within the community

Generate and qualify new leads

Schedule and attend client meetings

Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and clients

Track activity and opportunities in CRM systems

Identify and develop new revenue streams

Marketing

Manage and grow social media presence

Promote zTrip at local events and initiatives

Execute community outreach efforts

Develop and send email campaigns

Coordinate local advertising efforts

Support brand awareness campaigns

Create engaging marketing content

Operational Support

Assist with recruiting and hiring events

Help coordinate communication with drivers

Manage customer follow-ups and satisfaction efforts

Reduce administrative workload for leadership

Networking & Community Engagement of a Sales and Marketing Coordinator:
