Overview
We are seeking a Senior Creative Director to lead the development and execution of innovative, high-impact creative strategies that align with brand vision and business objectives. This role is responsible for overseeing the full creative lifecycle—from concept development through execution—while ensuring consistency, quality, and performance across all channels.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong leader, and experienced creative professional who can inspire teams, drive compelling storytelling, and deliver engaging creative work that resonates with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Execution
- Lead the development of creative concepts and campaigns from ideation through execution
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand identity, messaging, and business goals
- Oversee the planning and production of advertising, marketing, and digital content
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including designers, copywriters, photographers, and other creatives
- Recruit, develop, and manage creative talent, including team leads and managers
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing creative culture
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, product, and executive leadership to translate business objectives into creative strategies
- Present creative concepts, timelines, and budgets to stakeholders and leadership teams
- Align creative deliverables with broader company initiatives and goals
Quality & Brand Oversight
- Review, critique, and approve creative work to ensure high-quality standards and brand consistency
- Maintain a strong, cohesive brand voice across all channels and platforms
Project & Budget Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and prioritization
- Oversee and manage the creative department budget
- Establish timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for creative initiatives
Innovation & Market Awareness
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts
- Continuously evolve creative strategies to maintain relevance and competitive advantage
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in a senior creative leadership role within advertising, marketing, or media
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across multiple platforms
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing creative teams
- Proficiency with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
