Job Summary


A fast-growing nationwide law firm headquartered in Miami is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Marketing & Advertising to lead and execute the firm’s multi-channel marketing initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving brand growth, client acquisition, and market visibility across digital and traditional advertising platforms.


The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and highly experienced in managing large-scale marketing campaigns within a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the firm’s overall marketing and advertising strategy across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and other social media advertising platforms.
  • Lead organic marketing initiatives, including SEO, content strategy, and brand visibility campaigns.
  • Drive Generative Search Optimization (GSO) strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered and evolving search platforms.
  • Oversee traditional media campaigns, including television, radio, print, billboard, and other offline advertising efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reporting on ROI, lead generation, and conversion performance.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to develop marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
  • Oversee social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, and paid social initiatives.
  • Identify emerging marketing trends and opportunities to enhance the firm’s competitive positioning.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and platforms.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or growth marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, and paid social campaign management.
  • Experience leading organic marketing and SEO strategies.
  • Knowledge of Generative Search Optimization (GSO) and evolving AI-driven search trends preferred.
  • Experience managing traditional media campaigns is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Legal industry experience is a plus, but not required.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $180,000 – $210,000, depending on experience.
  • Full-time, in-office position in Miami, FL (Monday–Friday).
