Overview

Lead brand activation strategies to enhance consumer engagement and drive sales.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute impactful campaigns and events.

Manage influencer partnerships and ensure alignment with brand identity.

Oversee production of experiential assets and activation materials.

Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.

Foster relationships with creators and brand partners to enhance visibility.

Coordinate logistics for events, retail activations, and pop-ups.

Ensure brand compliance and storytelling standards across all activations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Develop and implement brand activation strategies aligned with marketing goals.

Plan and execute events, retail activations, and experiential campaigns.

Manage relationships with influencers and coordinate product seeding initiatives.

Oversee production and inventory of activation materials and displays.

Track and report on campaign performance metrics and ROI analysis.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.

Ensure alignment of creator-generated content with brand tone and identity.

Monitor social media coverage and press related to activations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.

5–7 years of experience in brand activation or experiential marketing preferred.

Proficiency in influencer analytics platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a dynamic environment.

Experience within beauty, fragrance, or luxury brands is advantageous.

Flexibility to support events and activations during evenings/weekends.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
