We are seeking a highly motivated, performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead Fountain Digital’s content, communications, and demand generation efforts. This is a high-impact role focused on increasing brand visibility, driving qualified pipeline, and supporting revenue growth.

This individual will own the strategy and execution of Fountain’s external presence, including content, LinkedIn, industry publications, and conference marketing, with a clear focus on measurable outcomes such as engagement, leads, and pipeline.

This role is expected to directly contribute to increased organic visibility, lead generation, and sales pipeline growth.

Responsibilities
Outbound Communications & Brand Support

Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with Fountain’s expertise in senior living and advanced analytics, as well as overall go-to-market strategy

Ensure all content is designed to drive qualified demand, engagement, conversion, and pipeline generation

Manage the editorial calendar across case studies, white papers, blogs, and thought leadership

Own and scale Fountain’s LinkedIn presence as a primary growth channel

Create and schedule social content to promote company news, insights, and industry involvement

Lead production of white papers and case studies by collaborating with internal subject matter experts

Monitor social channels for trends, mentions, and engagement opportunities.

Digital & Social Media Fluency

Maintain expert-level knowledge of B2B social media best practices, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn

Execute paid social campaigns to support lead generation and event promotion

Ensure all digital communications align with brand standards and maintain a professional, authoritative tone

Conference Strategy & Execution

Support Fountain’s presence at key industry conferences such as Senior Living 100, SMASH, and Senior Housing News Sales and Marketing

Develop event positioning and messaging aligned with target audiences

Execute pre-event campaigns, including email, social, and landing pages, to drive meetings and awareness

Collaborate on conference materials such as giveaways, one-pagers, and presentations

Support on-site content needs and real-time engagement

Lead post-event content strategy, including recaps, nurture campaigns, and thought leadership

Analyze and report on conference performance, including engagement, meetings generated, and content impact

Work closely with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals, including outbound and account-based initiatives.

How Success Is Measured

Growth in non-branded organic traffic

Contribution to revenue pipeline and influence on closed business

Engagement performance across key content assets such as time on page and click-through rate

Expansion of keyword visibility for strategic search terms

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, with agency experience preferred

Proven expertise in building and scaling a professional LinkedIn presence

Experience with press releases and distribution platforms such as Cision and PRWeb

Strong portfolio of published content and campaigns

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

Familiarity with SEO and content optimization

Proficiency with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights

Desired Attributes

Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities

Creative, data-driven thinker with strong problem-solving ability

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
