Position Overview: We are actively seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Account Manager to join the dynamic team at GL Solutions. Guide a portfolio of high value clients through complex and challenging software projects. Account Managers perceive client needs and build engagement by delivering consultative solutions. This position leads our market position as a trusted partner to our clients.

Lead client meetings.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills.

Passion for learning.

Desire to guide through expertise.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or a similar field.

Account management or sales certifications preferred.

Two or more years of experience in account management, sales or customer success, ideally within the software or tech industry.

Proven track record of developing and maintaining long term client relationships, including experience with customer retention, renewals and upselling.

Experience with software products, especially SaaS preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Earn a starting salary of $66,560/year, 20 days of PTO, a 6% 401(k) match and health insurance package. Performance is evaluated through structured quarterly reviews, providing opportunity for base salary increases based on measurable results and contributions.
