Key Responsibilities
- Generate new commercial business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
- Analyze client exposures and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Present proposals, negotiate coverage terms, and close new business opportunities
- Partner with internal account management teams to deliver a strong client experience
- Maintain pipeline activity and production tracking
- Stay current on carrier guidelines and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire Property & Casualty license
- 1+ years of commercial insurance sales experience
- Proven success developing, closing, and retaining business
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities
- Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented mindset
