A well-established PR firm specializing in corporate communications for heavy industries — including timber, agribusiness, and mining — as well as political PR is looking for an Account Executive to join their team. This person will take ownership of day-to-day client work across a portfolio of B2B accounts.
What You'll Do
You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, keeping work moving, anticipating needs, and delivering high-quality communication across every touchpoint. Core responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day client communication and account activity
- Writing press materials, statements, memos, and messaging documents
- Monitoring client issues and flagging risks early
- Supporting crisis and issues management when needed
- Coordinating across teams to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time
As you grow into the role, you'll take on greater strategic ownership — setting direction on messaging, expanding accounts, and contributing to business development.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of PR or communications experience, ideally in a B2B or agency setting
- Strong writer who can turn complex information into clear, usable language
- Highly organized with sharp follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-service environment
