Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:
Multimedia Designer
Location: Chantilly VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph
Compensation: Competitive, Excellent Benefits

In this role, you will be part of a larger team comprising additional project managers and technical SMEs and work with other staff to help plan, lead and develop the training of mission-critical topics for our customer.
Basic Qualifications:
Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training courses for adult learners on highly technical and non-technical subjects
A Bachelor\'s Degree in Web Design, Education, or a related field - additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a college degree
Experience in creating micro-learning multimedia elements, and deploying them into Web Based Training (WBT) models, such as videos, animations, and simulations
Demonstrated experience designing instructional materials with a user-based approach, with a focus on User Experience (UX), and User Interfaces (UI)
Demonstrated experience deploying finalized training modules with an eye towards: consistent navigation and layout, consistent visual design and branding, as well as accessibility compliance
Proficiency in the use of front-end development tools such as XML and Java
Experience teaching subject matters that are pertinent to our customer\'s domains
DESIRED: ATD Instructional Design Certificate
DESIRED: Certified Instructional Designer/Developer (CIDD) certification, and/or an Articulate Storyline Certification
