As an Account Manager at WTA, you’ll be the day-to-day driver of client work by connecting teams, shaping strategy, and ensuring every project moves forward with purpose. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, bring clarity to complexity, and help deliver work that makes a real impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day execution of client projects, including research, scoping, creative brief development, and job execution
Serve as a primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication
Develop and support brand strategies aligned with client goals, target audiences, and market insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (media, creative, strategy, analytics) to deliver integrated campaigns
Help translate brand strategy into channel plans and campaign executionMonitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend tracking to inform strategy
Guide creative development by providing clear messaging priorities and strategic direction
Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards and campaign objectives
Manage timelines and workflows to keep projects on track and moving efficiently
Support budget management, including estimates, purchase orders, and billing processes
Assist in building client reports and presentations, including quarterly performance summaries
Ensure agency processes are followed to deliver high-quality, efficient work
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
2–4 years of experience in account management, brand strategy, or a related role in an advertising agency
Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and consumer behavior
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Comfort working with data and translating insights into action
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
