We’re looking for a dynamic, creative professional who loves bringing people together and telling meaningful stories. As our Events & Publicity Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our community connects, celebrates, and grows.


What You’ll Do:



  • Plan and execute engaging events, from fundraisers to alumni gatherings

  • Build relationships with donors and sponsors while supporting fundraising efforts

  • Lead event logistics, communications, and volunteer coordination

  • Support advancement and enrollment initiatives

  • Maintain donor records and reporting in Raiser’s Edge


What You Bring



  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills

  • Experience (or strong interest) in events, fundraising, marketing, or nonprofits

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines with confidence

  • A creative, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven mindset

  • Familiarity with social media, email marketing, and CMS platforms


Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 3:45 PM (Plus occasional evenings/weekends for special events)
