We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial TikTok Marketing Lead to own and scale our TikTok growth strategy. This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands TikTok’s ecosystem, creator economy, affiliate marketing, and viral content dynamics.

The ideal candidate is an “A+” operator with proven success building brands on TikTok through influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, content strategy, and performance-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s overall TikTok growth and marketing strategy

Build and manage relationships with creators, influencers, affiliates, and agencies

Lead affiliate marketing initiatives to drive revenue and customer acquisition

Identify viral trends, content opportunities, and emerging platform strategies

Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing TikTok content

Analyze campaign performance, optimize KPIs, and scale winning initiatives

Grow brand awareness, engagement, and sales through TikTok Shop and organic content

Recruit, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations

Stay ahead of TikTok platform changes, tools, and algorithm updates

Qualifications

Proven track record scaling brands on TikTok

Strong experience in TikTok affiliate marketing and creator partnerships

Deep understanding of TikTok Shop, influencer ecosystems, and social commerce

Experience managing influencer relationships and negotiating partnerships

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and performance marketing skills

Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management abilities

Entrepreneurial mentality with the ability to move quickly and execute independently

Experience in fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a strong plus
