Role Description
The Account Executive will manage and grow client relationships, build and execute sales strategies, and meet targets for the assigned territory. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, presenting Guardant Health’s solutions to healthcare professionals, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. As the primary point of contact for clients, the Account Executive will also provide insights and recommendations to improve client outcomes. This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Virginia Beach, VA.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of sales strategies, client management, and relationship building

Proficient in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Experience with market analysis, lead generation, and strategic planning

Familiarity with healthcare, biotech, or related industries is highly preferred

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment

Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Availability to work on‑site in Virginia Beach, VA, and travel as needed within the territory
