WHAT YOU'LL DO
Purpose/Summary
The Inside Sales Executive will achieve high levels of customer relationships and satisfaction across the base of medium and small existing accounts, contributing to revenue, share‑of‑wallet and margin growth within assigned territory.

Prospect and acquire targeted new customers and business within the medium to small account segment contributing to revenue and margin growth within the assigned territory.

Develop account plans for high‑priority accounts, periodically update them, and consistently use them to drive account activity

Lead all account servicing and administration activities, including order entry and inbound customer communications

Evaluate competitive activities and develop strategies and tactics to counter their effectiveness

Identify customer needs through discovery sessions and develop then recommend solutions

Share valuable insight and product knowledge with customers

Lead proposal development

Update GQ and Zendesk daily, including account activities, opportunity size, probability of success, and date to close

Drive new product onboarding and solution delivery to customers

Conduct periodic internal and customer‑facing account reviews / QBR's

Keep abreast of industry developments and touch customer stakeholders

Recognize trends and provide market insights and process improvement ideas to the Team Leader on an ongoing basis

New Business Acquisition Activities

Coordinate with the SDR for targeting, planning and capturing new business

Negotiate the customer's business process to meet with decision‑makers

Define the prospect's uniform, duty and footwear needs through effective discovery

Close new acquisitions with solid solutions, pricing and margin targets

Work with Contract Management in planning, writing / editing and delivering RFI / RFP responses for by established deadlines

WHAT YOU BRING

1-3 years direct sales experience

Previous focus for Inside Sales New Business Acquisition, Account Management, Account Executive positions

Relevant Industries:

Proficient at desktop computer use and appropriate applications

Knowledge and proficiency at CRM, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Some College or Equivalent

Ability to address customer needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Familiarity with, and willingness to navigate, bureaucratic organizations, with an ability to uncover, engage and close business with multiple stakeholders

Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Ability to communicate technical information, handle questions and recommend Galls solutions in a professional manner

Ability to solve problems under pressure

In‑depth knowledge of customer ordering procedures and Galls internal processes

Superb organization and prioritization skills

Impeccable attention to detail

Strong initiative and follow‑through to close new business opportunities

Personal motivation to continue improving

Willingness to maintain robust and current GQ record of network and activities

GQ and Zendesk system proficiency
