Inside Sales Manager
The Inside Sales Manager leads and develops a team of Inside Sales Account Managers (ISAMs) to drive revenue growth through outbound phone and digital sales channels. This role is responsible for team performance, pipeline management, KPI oversight, forecasting accuracy, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize customer acquisition and retention while reporting to the Director of Sales and Support. The leader ensures execution of sales strategy while building a high‑performance, results‑driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor 9 ISAM team members, improving individual performance, strengthening capabilities, and ensuring consistent achievement of team sales targets.

Directly oversee day‑to‑day sales and strategic activities of designated ISAMs, driving execution against revenue goals and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales metrics, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback, resulting in improved pipeline quality, stronger conversion rates, and increased ISAM performance.

Oversee lead qualification, follow‑up, and opportunity management to maintain a healthy sales funnel and deliver accurate sales forecasts that support strategic decision‑making.

Collaborate with marketing, sales leadership, and commercial operations to streamline processes, enhance customer experience, and contribute to measurable sales growth.

Optimize sales processes and CRM utilization to increase data accuracy, improve workflow efficiency, and strengthen visibility into performance trends.

Analyze and control expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary requirements while maximizing return on sales activities and resource allocation.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.

6–10 years of Inside Sales or related experience. Previous skincare experience preferred.

2+ years of experience leading/managing a team.

Proven track record managing teams of five or more.

Demonstrated experience coaching, training, leading, and developing teams.

Skilled in goal‑setting, planning, communication, relationship building, and problem‑solving.

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and garner buy‑in to specific goals and strategies in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.

Knowledge of clinical, surgical techniques and aesthetic procedures and medical terminology.

Self‑reliant, highly organized with the ability to make solid business decisions.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Actively participate and attend scheduled sales meetings and conference calls.

Ability to work longer hours as needed during end‑of‑month, quarter, and year to deliver on quota.

Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM platforms.
