About the Role
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to fuel our global expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-value business opportunities, cultivating strategic relationships, and converting complex leads into enduring partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Prospecting: Leverage premium tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase) to mine and qualify high-potential leads across global markets.
Outbound Excellence: Execute multi-channel outreach—including cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn engagement—to build a robust sales pipeline.
Client Acquisition: Own the discovery process, conducting high-impact demos in collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams.
Relationship Management: Act as a brand ambassador at industry trade shows and webinars, maintaining a network that generates consistent referrals.
Pipeline & CRM Mastery: Maintain rigorous data integrity within our CRM, tracking every touchpoint from initial outreach to deal closure.
Revenue Generation: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets through new business acquisition and strategic upselling/cross-selling to existing accounts.
Market Intelligence: Provide actionable feedback on market trends and competitor activity to help refine our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of proven success in IT Sales or Software Services .
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
Sales Acumen: Expert-level negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the IT sales lifecycle.
Tech Literacy: Familiarity with the Big Data ecosystem (e.g., NiFi), Salesforce, or Cloud solutions is highly preferred.
Mindset: Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the discipline to manage a high-volume pipeline independently.
