is currently looking for an
Associate Visual Producer . This is a hybrid role acting as a primary bridge between creative vision and logistical execution. Reporting to the Photo team with a dotted line to the Video/Social team, you will provide end‑to‑end production support for high‑profile shoots, red‑carpet events, and brand activations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver who thrives in fast‑paced environments and possesses a deep passion for film, television, and social media.
Responsibilities
Production Coordination: Lead booking and coordination of talent, crew, and external vendors for editorial and marketing shoots.
Shoot Logistics: Create and distribute detailed call sheets, manage on‑set requirements, and ensure all contributors adhere to production schedules.
Administrative Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of production paperwork, including collecting contributor agreements and overseeing the submission and tracking of invoices.
Asset & Network Management: Maintain and expand comprehensive databases of crew, stylists, photographers, and vendors.
Talent Management: Interact with and guide talent as needed, maintaining THR’s professionalism.
Qualifications & Requirements
4+ years of professional experience in a production or entertainment environment (video or photo preferred).
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and administrative tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with high‑level talent, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated interest in film, television, visual storytelling, and current social media trends.
Proficiency in production tools and software.

Salary range: $75 000 – $85 000 (based on qualifications and experience). 401(k) eligibility with employer match.
