is currently looking for a

Visual Media Producer . This hybrid role acts as a bridge between creative vision and logistical execution. Reporting to the Photo team with a dotted line to the Video/Social team, you will provide end‑to‑end production support for high‑profile shoots, red‑carpet events, and brand activations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver who thrives in fast‑paced environments and possesses a deep passion for film, television, and social media.

Responsibilities

Lead the booking and coordination of talent, crew, and external vendors for editorial and marketing shoots.

Create and distribute detailed call sheets, manage on‑set requirements, and ensure all contributors adhere to production schedules.

Manage the full lifecycle of production paperwork, including collecting contributor agreements and overseeing the submission and tracking of invoices.

Maintain and expand comprehensive databases of crew, stylists, photographers, and vendors.

Interact with and guide talent as needed, maintaining The Hollywood Reporter's professionalism.

Requirements & Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in a production or entertainment environment (video or photo preferred).

Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects and administrative tasks simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with high‑level talent, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Demonstrated interest in film, television, visual storytelling, and current social media trends.

Proficiency in production‑related software and technologies.

Compensation & Benefits
Employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture. Salary range is $75,000 – $85,000 upon hire.
