Position Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Strategist to support and execute our company’s marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels. This role focuses on building clear marketing plans, supporting campaigns, managing content, and tracking results that help generate leads, support sales, and strengthen our brand. The ideal candidate is organized, practical, and comfortable working in a service-based or construction-related environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Develop and support marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Assist with annual and quarterly marketing plans and campaigns
Conduct basic market and competitor research
Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and lead flow
Campaign Execution:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social channels
Manage content calendars and coordinate marketing materials
Support website updates, landing pages, and campaign assets
Assist with email campaigns and basic automation workflows
Brand & Content Support:
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials
Coordinate with internal teams or vendors on design, copy, and creative needs
Maintain marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and digital assets
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Track marketing performance using analytics tools and CRM systems
Monitor key metrics such as leads, website traffic, engagement, and campaign results
Prepare simple reports with insights and improvement recommendations
Support ongoing optimization of marketing efforts
Lead Generation & Business Support:
Support lead generation efforts for services, hiring, and company growth
Assist with improving website inquiries and customer contact processes
Collaborate with sales and operations to align marketing efforts
Support proposals, presentations, and special projects as needed
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams
Support internal communications and company initiatives
Coordinate marketing efforts across departments to ensure alignment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of marketing experience in a generalist or coordinator role
Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and basic analytics
Familiarity with tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, Google Analytics, or similar
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in construction, electrical, engineering, or service-based industries
Experience supporting proposals or RFP responses
Basic skills in graphic design, website content management, or video editing
Experience working with vendors or marketing agencies
