Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Talent Manager based in Los Angeles to join and help expand our team. This role is highly relationship-driven and requires strong industry instincts, initiative, and the ability to manage both developing and established talent with care and strategy.
The Talent Manager will oversee client relationships, identify and secure opportunities across film, TV, streaming, commercials, and voiceover, and play an active role in shaping long-term career trajectories. Responsibilities include pitching talent, maintaining casting and industry relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring consistent communication and execution across all client needs.
This is a hands-on role that blends creative strategy, business development, and day-to-day client management.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a roster of actors across multiple mediums
Identify and pursue casting opportunities aligned with client positioning
Maintain and expand relationships with casting directors, agencies, producers, and studios
Negotiate contracts, deals, and employment terms on behalf of clients
Develop and execute long-term career strategies for talent
Evaluate incoming talent for roster consideration
Coordinate submissions, follow-ups, and ongoing client communication
Track industry trends and identify new opportunities for roster growth
Collaborate with internal team on strategy, branding, and positioning
Qualifications
Experience in talent management, talent agency, casting, or related entertainment role
Strong understanding of film, television, streaming, and commercial casting ecosystems
Proven ability to build and maintain industry relationships
Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Strategic thinker with a strong eye for talent and market positioning
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proficiency with industry tools and project management systems a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
