The Influencer Marketing Manager (Women’s) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of the influencer coordination team while driving growth and content strategy for the women’s business. This role manages coordinator output, ensures operational efficiency, and leads the execution of influencer campaigns, scouting, and partnership ads.
This position also owns the women’s social presence, ensuring content is aligned with brand direction, trends, and revenue goals.
Team Management & Operations
Manage and oversee influencer coordinators and their daily workflows
Ensure inbox management, follow-ups, and scouting are executed consistently
Monitor KPIs including roster growth, follow-up compliance, and overall performance
Hold team accountable to monthly and annual creator growth targets
Identify gaps in performance and implement process improvements
Influencer Program Oversight
Oversee creator roster growth and health
Ensure all creators meet brand standards and content guidelines
Manage high-level creator relationships and escalations
Review and optimize outreach, follow-ups, and campaign execution
Maintain organization and accuracy within GRIN
Scouting & Growth Strategy
Set direction for creator scouting across Instagram and other platforms
Ensure consistent pipeline of high-quality creators
Guide team on identifying talent aligned with brand and performance goals
Balance roster growth with quality and conversion potential
Partnership Ads & Whitelisting
Lead strategy for partnership ads (paid amplification)
Identify creators suitable for whitelisting and paid campaigns
Oversee outreach for usage rights and partnerships
Collaborate with paid media team to scale top-performing content
Women’s Page Ownership
Oversee content direction and posting strategy for women’s social channels
Ensure content is trend-driven, engaging, and aligned with brand voice
Work closely with creators to secure high-performing content
Monitor performance and optimize based on engagement and conversions
KPIs
Team roster growth (progress toward 500 creators per coordinator annually)
Daily follow-up completion (no backlog)
Creator content output and quality
Growth and engagement of women’s social channels
Contribution to partnership ads pipeline and performance
Qualifications
1+ years in influencer marketing, social media, or related field
Experience managing teams and driving performance
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and creator trends
Experience with influencer platforms such as GRIN
Highly organized with strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to balance creative strategy with operational execution
