The Opportunity
We are seeking a Graphic Designer and Photo Editor to support KHOI's visual identity across e-commerce, marketing, and digital platforms. This role blends strong design execution with hands‑on photo editing to ensure all brand visuals are polished, consistent, and aligned with KHOI's aesthetic.

This is a highly execution-focused role that plays a critical part in maintaining visual cohesion across product launches, campaigns, email, web, and social channels as the brand continues to scale. Portfolio quality and demonstrated execution are essential for success in this role.

What You Will Do

Graphic Design Execution
Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, email, and digital channels.

Support brand storytelling through layout, typography, color, and composition aligned with KHOI's visual standards.

Produce assets for e-commerce, including banners, promotional graphics, and digital content.

Collaborate on creative concepts and translate direction into clear, on‑brand execution.

Photo Editing and Retouching
Edit and retouch product and lifestyle photography to ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment.

Prepare images for use across e-commerce, email, and marketing platforms.

Maintain consistent lighting, color correction, and visual treatment across image sets.

Support the organization and preparation of final assets for downstream use.

Creative Collaboration and Workflow
Partner closely with photographers, marketing, and creative leadership to support campaigns and launches.

Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining creative standards and timelines.

Support evolving brand guidelines and visual systems as the company grows.

Assist with organizing and maintaining creative files and shared asset libraries.

Who You Are

You bring a strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and photo editing work

You are experienced with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator

You can execute clean, on‑brand designs across multiple formats and platforms

You have strong attention to detail and a commitment to visual consistency

You are able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced creative environment

You are able to work on‑site in Chicago

You may also bring

Experience retouching models and products

Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and digital marketing assets

Experience collaborating with photographers and marketing teams

A basic understanding of photography workflows and production processes

This role reports to the Marketing Lead and Creative Director

This is an on‑site role based in Chicago

The position is highly execution‑focused and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and consistency
