Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on on‑site Marketing Lead to own the planning, execution, and performance of brand-level marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, supporting revenue growth, and ensuring consistent storytelling across digital channels. The ideal candidate brings senior‑level marketing experience, strong people leadership, and the ability to build structure in a fast‑moving, evolving brand environment.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Design and lead comprehensive marketing plans that support brand awareness and revenue objectives
Set marketing goals aligned with overall brand strategy and business priorities
Plan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels
Analyze campaign performance and apply data‑driven insights to improve outcomes
Collaborate on reporting, recommendations, and leadership share‑outs

Social Media Leadership
Oversee social media strategy and execution across platforms
Manage relationships with social media agencies, contractors, and vendors
Design and maintain a marketing calendar aligned with brand activations and launches
Ensure all postings, captions, and content align with brand voice and visual standards
Develop platform‑specific strategies and content matrices
Supervise social teams to ensure timely posting, active engagement, and brand consistency

Brand & Creative Oversight
Maintain brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all external touchpoints
Ensure consistency across platforms, campaigns, and creative executions
Manage photographers, vendors, and creative partners
Schedule and attend in‑person and virtual shoots as required

Collaboration & Operations
Partner with internal teams to ideate and execute email marketing and paid digital campaigns
Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables across marketing initiatives
Gather and apply customer insights to refine marketing strategies

Qualifications & Skills
5–7 years of experience in marketing, social media, and digital strategy
Strong knowledge of current and emerging platforms
Proven experience managing teams, agencies, contractors, and vendors
Experience designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into action
Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable building processes from the ground up
