Position Summary: The Marketing Manager drives all marketing efforts to strengthen D’Asign Source’s brand, attract leads, and highlight expertise in luxury residential and resort projects. This role combines strategy and hands‑on storytelling across digital and in‑person platforms. Duties include website management, social media, content creation, public relations, and overseeing electronic and print media. Collaboration with sales, design, construction, and showroom teams ensures a unified brand from start to finish. This position is on site at D’Asign Source Headquarters in Marathon, FL and requires daily in‑person collaboration.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Branding: Maintain and enforce D’Asign Source’s brand standards across all marketing materials. Oversee the organization and management of brand assets, including photography, video content, templates, and signage.
Copywriting & Brand Voice: Write and refine copy across all channels, ensuring a consistent tone that is elevated, approachable, and reflective of the D’Asign Source brand. This includes website content, social media, print materials, proposals, email campaigns, and PR communications.
Creative Direction & Storytelling: Shape D’Asign Source’s creative image across all platforms. Manage project photography and videography from planning to execution. Communicate design and architectural details through clear, engaging stories for clients and industry partners.
Content & Editorial: Develop quality content for all platforms, including blogs, case studies, client features, newsletters, and video. Lead the evolution of D’Asign Times to represent the brand’s editorial voice and design authority. Share each project’s story from concept to completion.
Website & SEO: Lead the website redesign and modernization. Manage site architecture, UX, content, and analytics; optimize search visibility and conversion. Portfolio storytelling and video walkthroughs to reflect the quality of our work.
Social Media: Develop and execute an ‘always on’ content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Houzz, and YouTube with blogs, reels/shorts, behind‑the‑scenes content, and audience engagement.
Showroom Experience: Use the D’Asign Source showroom as a marketing tool by aligning merchandising, signage, and displays with campaigns and brand messaging. Regularly update the showroom to inspire clients, aid sales, and showcase design trends. Work with design and sales teams for a seamless client experience from initial visit to project engagement.
Public Relations & Events: Build media relationships; manage press releases and media kits; coordinate company events, home & design shows, showroom events, client appreciation, realtor co‑hosted gatherings, home tours, and sponsorships.
Community & Partnership Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships within the local community, including real estate professionals, industry partners, and local organizations. Support co‑marketing opportunities, events, and initiatives that strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads.
Local Real Estate Professional Engagement: Create and oversee a realtor partnership program. Actively connect with real estate professionals through co‑marketing, referrals, targeted content, email or social media campaigns, and meetings to generate qualified leads.
Internal Marketing & Culture: Support internal communications and culture‑building initiatives, including employee recognition programs, company newsletters, and events such as Employee Appreciation Week. Help reinforce company values and celebrate team achievements through thoughtful storytelling and engagement.
Electronic & Print Media: Oversee email campaigns, brochures, proposals, signage, and showroom collateral – ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Analytics & Budget: Build and track KPIs across channels for leadership and iterate based on insights; manage the marketing budget and vendor relationships.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Direct a small in‑house/contractor team; partner cross‑functionally to maintain unified messaging and brand standards.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative vision, and hands‑on execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5–8+ years of experience in marketing roles with proven results in website/SEO, content & social, and demand generation; experience in luxury residential, architecture/design, or construction is a strong plus.
Strong copywriting and editorial skills with an eye for storytelling and detail.
Experience directing or producing photo and video shoots preferred.
Ability to balance creative vision with execution and deadlines.
Experience in luxury, design, or hospitality‑driven brands strongly preferred.
Portfolio of video and blog work; comfortable directing shoots, writing/editing copy, and publishing across CMS and social platforms.
Proficiency in CMS (WordPress), web analytics (GA4), social insights, SEO tools, social media analytics, email automation/CRM, and Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent.
Strong editorial, visual, and project management skills; ability to translate technical work into compelling narratives.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; initiative and ability to work independently.
Demonstrates integrity, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
