D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a National Marketing Manager‑FS. The right candidate will support the Marketing/Business Development Manager in the daily operations of the DHI Mortgage Marketing department and assist in team development and project management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the activities of the Marketing Department and its staff

Drive the branding of DHIFS through marketing collateral, social media exposure and presence and industry event participation.

Work in conjunction with the parent company DR Horton to maximize marketing efficiencies and find joint marketing mediums and opportunities.

Communicate with various branches and departments to improve products and company image

Work with the Compliance Department to ensure requirements are clearly communicated between the Marketing and Compliance teams

Review new custom marketing material and new template designs for brand standards and compliance requirements

Assist in new project roll outs and implementations

Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company

Ability to travel overnight

Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervises 2 or more employees

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university

Five or more years related experience

Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license

Ability to communicate effectively with all employees, including the executive committee

Must be able to work within tight deadlines

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail

Excellent communication and time management skills

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form or via DRH applications

Proficiency with MS Office and email

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of mortgage processes and terminology a plus

Provide a positive and supportive example for the department
