The team drives growth for brands by executing data-driven campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, and more.
We're looking for a skilled and creative Motion Designer to join our client's team and help them produce scroll-stopping content that converts. If you live and breathe social media, know how to tell a story in 15 seconds or less, and have an eye for detail, you'll thrive here.
Responsibilities:
Edit short-form and long-form video content for multiple social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Produce engaging edits using motion graphics, transitions, and sound design to strengthen storytelling and performance
Create and produce high-quality, high-volume, high-performing design solutions across a range of clients for paid social
Design paid social assets across multiple platforms, considering diverse placements and safe zones
Apply brand guidelines to develop cohesive and compelling visual storytelling
Quickly learn the nuances of designing for specific channels, including commerce/retail and social
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute visually engaging and effective digital designs for websites, retail platforms, social media, and other digital channels
Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Design with performance in mind by leveraging data and reporting to optimize creative outcomes
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply them to enhance design capabilities
