As the Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new clients, markets, and asset opportunities to drive net-new growth. You will lead and execute sales strategies focused on Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals, family offices, private equity-adjacent stakeholders, and sophisticated intermediaries. In this role, you will actively cultivate relationships across new and existing channels, serve as a consultative partner to prospects, and deliver real-time market and competitive insights to leadership to support sustained, long-term growth.

Responsibilities
Design and execute a proactive sales and prospecting strategy focused on new relationships, new markets, and asset growth, in partnership with key stakeholders
Originate, engage, and advance net-new prospects through targeted outreach and networking
Cultivate Centers of Influence (COIs) and represent the organization at industry events to generate high-value opportunities
Build and manage a robust, forward-looking prospect pipeline, prioritizing high-growth opportunities
Qualify and convert referrals and marketing-generated leads into new relationships
Lead prospect and donor meetings, including travel, aligned with growth objectives
Provide market, competitive, and prospect insights to inform strategy and decision-making
Communicate business development updates, pipeline health, and competitive intelligence to senior leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with CX, Marketing, Donor Services, and Philanthropic Services to align offerings with market demand
Build strong internal relationships, particularly across UHNW and advisor-focused business units
Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding philanthropic drivers, including tax considerations, family dynamics, governance, and advisor roles
Identify complex client needs and advocate internally to deliver timely, effective solutions
Present philanthropic expertise at organizational events, COI forums, and external industry engagements
Support relationship management efforts and contribute to departmental budgeting and special initiatives
Partner with Marketing on campaign strategy, messaging, and cadence to drive new client acquisition
Oversee prospect communications and serve as an escalation point for complex client situations
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
7+ years of success in business development, sales, or relationship management, preferably within wealth management, philanthropy, financial services, private equity, or family office environments
Proven "hunter" mentality with a strong record of originating and closing new relationships
Executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers, including UHNW clients and advisors
Comfort engaging sophisticated audiences on complex topics such as tax strategy, investments, philanthropy, and governance
Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and prioritize a high-performing sales pipeline that drives measurable growth
Willingness to travel extensively and collaborate effectively across time zones
Strong business acumen with the ability to rapidly develop expertise in organizational offerings
Entrepreneurial, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset with high intellectual curiosity
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities
Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) designation completed or willingness to obtain within 12 months
Compensation Salary: $130,000-$150,0000 + 12.5% bonus with a quarterly distribution
