As the Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new clients, markets, and asset opportunities to drive net-new growth. You will lead and execute sales strategies focused on Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals, family offices, private equityadjacent stakeholders, and sophisticated intermediaries. In this role, you will actively cultivate relationships across new and existing channels, serve as a consultative partner to prospects, and deliver real-time market and competitive insights to leadership to support sustained, long-term growth./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliDesign and execute a proactive sales and prospecting strategy focused on new relationships, new markets, and asset growth, in partnership with key stakeholders/liliOriginate, engage, and advance net-new prospects through targeted outreach and networking/liliCultivate Centers of Influence (COIs) and represent the organization at industry events to generate high-value opportunities/liliBuild and manage a robust, forward-looking prospect pipeline, prioritizing high-growth opportunities/liliQualify and convert referrals and marketing-generated leads into new relationships/liliLead prospect and donor meetings, including travel, aligned with growth objectives/liliProvide market, competitive, and prospect insights to inform strategy and decision-making/liliCommunicate business development updates, pipeline health, and competitive intelligence to senior leadership/liliCollaborate cross-functionally with CX, Marketing, Donor Services, and Philanthropic Services to align offerings with market demand/liliBuild strong internal relationships, particularly across UHNW and advisor-focused business units/liliServe as a trusted advisor by understanding philanthropic drivers, including tax considerations, family dynamics, governance, and advisor roles/liliIdentify complex client needs and advocate internally to deliver timely, effective solutions/liliPresent philanthropic expertise at organizational events, COI forums, and external industry engagements/liliSupport relationship management efforts and contribute to departmental budgeting and special initiatives/liliPartner with Marketing on campaign strategy, messaging, and cadence to drive new client acquisition/liliOversee prospect communications and serve as an escalation point for complex client situations/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience/lili7+ years of success in business development, sales, or relationship management, preferably within wealth management, philanthropy, financial services, private equity, or family office environments/liliProven hunter mentality with a strong record of originating and closing new relationships/liliExecutive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers, including UHNW clients and advisors/liliComfort engaging sophisticated audiences on complex topics such as tax strategy, investments, philanthropy, and governance/liliDemonstrated ability to build, manage, and prioritize a high-performing sales pipeline that drives measurable growth/liliWillingness to travel extensively and collaborate effectively across time zones/liliStrong business acumen with the ability to rapidly develop expertise in organizational offerings/liliEntrepreneurial, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset with high intellectual curiosity/liliExceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills/liliHighly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities/liliChartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) designation completed or willingness to obtain within 12 months/li/ulh3Compensation/h3ulliSalary: $130,000-$150,000 + 12.5% bonus with a quarterly distribution/liliMedical, Dental, Prescription, and Vision Insurance/lili403B Plan/liliLife and disability insurance/liliProfessional development opportunities/liliVaried recognition opportunities/liliAccess to Employee Resource Groups (ERG)/liliMonthly Community Day opportunities/liliGenerous PTO ulli18 PTO days annually/lili2 Floating Holidays/lili1 Volunteer PTO/lili7 NYSE Holiday PTO/liliParental Leave/liliGenerous Maternity Leave/liliFMLA/liliSTD/LTD Leave/li/ul/li/ulpCareer Blazers Nonprofit Search maintains a broad focus so that your search can be thorough, and inclusive of all relevant options.
