The Role:
They need a BDR Manager to take ownership of outbound - building the team, the playbooks, and the pipeline strategy from the ground up. You'll have a direct line to leadership and real influence over how this company goes to market at one of the most exciting stages of its journey.
What They're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR leadership or senior individual contributor role
A proven track record of building and scaling outbound teams that consistently hit pipeline targets
Background in SaaS or developer-focused products
Strong ability to design and execute outreach playbooks from scratch
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, report and iterate on performance metrics
Someone who can inspire, develop and retain top talent in a high-growth environment
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and thriving in a fast-moving, early-stage setting
