Responsibilities
Partner with Scientific Directors to create dynamic, persuasive, and highly credible medical communications
Build immersive, engaging presentations and live experiences
Take on appropriate projects and own them, start to finish
Manage and work independently under tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects
Participate in client meetings and presentations
Attend market research and advisory boards as appropriate
Delegate to and supervise the work of staff and freelance designers/copywriters assigned to the brand
Manage workloads to improve productivity of the creative team, ensuring that everyone is busy and billable
Work closely with scientific, account, PM, studio, and editorial to ensure deadlines and budgets are met
Provide written and face‑to‑face feedback for annual performance reviews, and ongoing feedback throughout the year (written when requested)
Interview prospective art candidates
Demonstrate to internal and external customers that you understand their products and marketing challenges and are responsive to the strategic and creative needs of the brand
Represent the agency at client meetings and social events as appropriate

Qualifications
5‑7 years Medical Communications or other Medical Marketing experience
BA degree (Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts or Science‑related field preferred)
Proficiency in Macintosh hardware, CS6, Illustrator, Photoshop, and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Prezi)
A proven track record of creative ability and judgment, successful client contact experience, ability to work collaboratively with account management, excellent presentation skills, successful experience in managing others, availability to travel, and commitment to go the extra mile to produce the very best work

Compensation Range
Compensation Range: $81,225.00 – $129,987.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in the company’s temporary employee medical plan and 401(k) plan after meeting eligibility criteria. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), and paid time off.
