Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern based in Houston, TX. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales, conducting customer interactions, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities include coordinating marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends, and participating in comprehensive training programs. The role also entails building strong customer relationships to drive brand loyalty and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on engaging effectively and building relationships

Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets

Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance skills and performance

Ability to analyze market trends and contribute to strategic marketing efforts

Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment

Proficiency in using CRM tools and analytics platforms is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
