Internships are available based on business needs and can include event and volunteer operations; communications; marketing; graphic design; community engagement; sports tourism; business development; and finance. ISC’s fast paced and entrepreneurial working environment offers each intern a rich experience within his/her chosen area; however, interns are exposed to all functional areas of the company to reinforce the important role collaboration plays in a successful company.

Position Overview
The Digital Media Internship provides hands‑on experience in social media, content creation and digital marketing. This role will play an active role in supporting fundraising campaigns and digital media content for a robust lineup of major events in 2026, including the Big Ten Volleyball Tournament, Discover Big Ten Football Championship Game, and Indy Classic.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content Creation: Assist with content planning, day‑to‑day content creation, photo/video editing, and live event coverage across social platforms.

Content Capture: Assist with capturing photo and video content for promotional use and live events.

Social Media Reporting: Assist with analyzing performance metrics and compiling reports to inform future content strategy.

Website Management: Assist with updating and maintaining website content.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with social platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Experience with photography or videography is preferred

Experience with photo/video editing software is preferred

Experience with live event coverage or sports content is preferred

Basic knowledge of analytics (engagement, impressions, etc.)

Qualifications
Undergraduate and Graduate Students: Must be currently pursuing or have recently earned a degree from an accredited undergraduate or graduate program.

Internship Details

Term: September 8, 2026 – December 20, 2026

Schedule: 4‑5 days per week (approximately 30‑40 hours/week)

Stipend: $2,000

Location: On‑site – Indianapolis, Indiana. Relocation or housing is not available.
