Job Description
The Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales performance by engaging prospective customers, understanding product offerings, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a results-driven individual who can effectively manage multiple customer interactions while navigating various systems in a fast-paced sales environment.

You will support both inbound and outbound sales efforts, working closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to align on strategy and achieve business targets. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to quickly learn and apply product knowledge to customer conversations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Learn and effectively communicate product offerings, features, and sales terms

Set and work toward individual and team sales targets

Collaborate with marketing to align on sales strategies

Monitor sales performance and marketing metrics

Analyze business and market trends, including monthly sales rates

Track competitor activity and industry developments

Ensure alignment with current business goals and targets

Identify and engage prospective customers and new target segments

Perform both inbound and outbound sales activities

Manage approximately 10–12 customer appointments per day

Required Experience/Skills

Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or in a similar sales role

Strong conversational and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously

Prior sales experience with a track record of meeting targets

Experience working with CRM tools

Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in high-volume sales environments (inbound and/or outbound)

Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as SPSS or SAS

Experience managing a sales pipeline and follow-ups

Pay & Benefits Summary

Hourly Pay: $24.86/hour (W2)

Bonus Potential: Up to $1,300/month through a combination of weekly and monthly performance incentives

Overtime: Opportunity for overtime based on business needs

This role offers a strong performance-driven compensation structure, rewarding individuals who consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Work schedule: Typically 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET; may vary between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM PT with manager approval
