Account Executive
Location
- Hybrid onsite role
- Locations: Plano, TX (PLN) and Atlanta, GA (ATL) — either location acceptable
Hours of Operation
- 8-hour shift between hours of 9am - 9pm EST M-F
Compensation
- Base hourly rate: $24.86
- Monthly Bonus: $500
- Weekly Bonus (Occasional): $200
Overview
Engage with small business prospects to understand their operations, challenges, and goals, and recommends tailored solutions across the product ecosystem. This role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience that drives new customer acquisition and ecosystem adoption while meeting performance and sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Be available to consult with small business prospects contacting the company
- Gain a thorough understanding of customers’ small business operations, needs, challenges, and goals
- Recommend the right solutions based on customer needs across the product ecosystem and reinforce the value proposition
- Create an engaging and delightful customer experience that drives new customer acquisition and/or ecosystem attach
- Champion the company brand values: Real, Smart, Honest, Committed, and Spirited
- Consistently meet defined key performance, productivity, and sales metrics
- Partner with Front Line Leaders (FLLs) to ensure participation and engagement of supported sales teams
Skills / Qualifications
- Strong consultative sales and customer engagement skills
- Experience with financial services, payments, or money movement products / services
- Ability to understand small business needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven with the ability to meet sales and productivity targets
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
